HP 9-in-1 internal card reader (part number 5069-6732) - hp 5069 card reader driver
I've done an internal card reader from North Star, and I did on my Vista machine. I do not recognize you. Does anyone know of Vista drivers for this knowledge? I come from a HP Pavilion a819n desktop, and no I do not have the recovery CD (s). Thanks in advance!

Have you tried to install the desktop? You may need to install additional units or the original source (desktop HP Pavilion a819n). And when it is not recognized by other teams, this is already damaged or in any way. As long as your Windows Vista detected almost all hardware "Plug and Play (which includes the card reader). But if your hardware must be with a driver, install it. And if you do not have a driver for this device may try the drivers from the manufacturer's support Web site.
