Is it possible to open a high interest savings account in Uganda? - high interest
I'm in the U.S., but to Africa next year. I wonder if I can open a savings account interest rate. If so, how?

The problem is that the account is in another currency ... As in many countries in this area have a very high rate of inflation, as high interest rates have reached, no real value.
