Weekly Diabetic Diet Where Can I Get List Of Foods (for A Week's Diet Plan) Good For A Diabetic Person?

Where can I get list of foods (for a week's diet plan) good for a diabetic person? - weekly diabetic diet

Nutrition, with all components in the Philippines.
My father, age 47, has diabetes (type 2) and I want to meet the nutrition of the week from now (to achieve a level of sugar?) From 14 until recently. All food must be available in our country, or at least here in Asia. Everything is in line were established in the United Kingdom or the United States.

They should focus on the limitation of the cereal, grain, root vegetables, red fruit candy, dairy products and concentrating on things, green leaf, tomatoes, peppers, meat and cheese.

Try to find a diet with a limit of 100 grams of carbohydrates http://www.sparkpeople.com to 150 grams per day, including snacks.

I try to keep me on that level, but also deal a "cheat" to something that I like once a week. Mine is the chocolate cake, I try to keep my dinner in the remaining 1 / 3 each of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Spark People is a free site, you must create an account to the planner guide to food. Fully Secure Site with a lot of support available. I think we find it is worldwide in its guidelines.

The blood sugar of 14 is too high.

If you use these standards should be around 4.5-7.0!

I do not know what kind of foods are available, but check this page for all types of information:

Greetings and best health
